Do not go here, stay away at all costs. Scratched the car and didn't even realize until later, thought it was soap left over but was scratched underneath. Read the reviews and stay away.
worst place ever! DO NOT GO HERE! Their machines scratched my car so bad! My insurance company has been trying to get a hold of them for days and nobody responds. They really don't care about you or customer service. The machines are old and are scratching up the cars really bad. Owners don't care. i would give it zero stars if i could. Save yourself the headache
They just used a brush on my freskly detailed car yesterday !! I am so disappointed they ruined it with marks all over the car now im paying the detailer AGAIN
Just went for a wash and goal was to get the underbody, tires and wheels cleaned up well for the summer, therefore I selected the most expensive versions of the clean ($18). However, after going through the wash, it felt fast. After inspecting, I don't see any water or cleaning product underneath my vehicle and the wheels were still dirty. Extra star because of the hardworking cleaning attendant there to prewash the vehicle before entering the wash. Save yourself the extra money and only get the basic version.
It would be nice if their Tire Shine feature worked! I tell them that every time I go but nothing changes! I'd get the Silver option (no tire shine) but it's not available in Bundles. So, I get the Gold Wash. At least it does get my car clean!
