They need to get rid of the woman that works there. She is a complete screw up and blames it on the consumer, no clue how shes kept that job. The way she treated me was absolutely disgusting with zero shame. I will never ever go back.

I really liked their friendly customer service and fairly priced oil changes. I also had a problem with a squeaky belt, which they were happy to look at and tighten for me. They also did a courtesy check of my check engine lights, which was nice. I'm thankful to have found a good place to get my car serviced while on campus.

Recently I took my vehicle in for a minor electrical repair. GTG fixed the immediate issue quickly and affordably, but in the course of the fix accidentally put a fuse in the wrong way round that caused issues with interior lights and the radio. Upon being informed of the problem they *immediately* owned the issue and repaired it quickly - no charge. That's the only mistake they've ever made with me and it was great to know they take care of such things in a trustworthy manner.
