So, he came out at the last minute to do a treatment at my house. I really appreciated him taking the job without an appointment. But when I called back for a follow-up appointment because the roaches have spread to other places in the house, he doesn't answer the phone. I sent a text also and nothing. Now, I have to find another exterminator all over again.
