First off, let it be clear, the service provided by the server was excellent, but having to apologize in advance to a server of any eating establishment for the negative review to follow, just goes to show you how dire attention is needed by management to correct this problem ... with a swiftness. We ordered a cheesesteak sandwiich. I took a bite of the cheesesteak then noticed there was mold on the bread. I let the waitress know, she apologized took my plate and said they would make a new one. They brought out a new sandwich, but no fries. They comped the sandwich. My question is where was the manager. To serve moldy bread is egregious, the manager should be out talking to the guest, not the server. The manager didn't do his job.
