Worst experience, the most rude lady I have ever met in my life. Zero star.
The worst service I’ve ever experienced. The lady on the phone was so unbelievably rude. I called a few times to confirm various thicknesses with the flooring although she hated answering questions. I then asked for samples and she would refuse saying this is not how we do business.. the lady is so obnoxious. I would not recommend.
Great service from Colleen and her team. We had water damage to hard wood timber floors. They came in removed damaged flooring and re laid 2 bedrooms and a hallway. They matched the hardwood timber perfectly and done a great job. Outstanding work would highly recommend!
Customer service, attitude, transparency and honesty are the minimum things we could point at during more than 5 years of business with this supplier (Jason) Brilliant experience and is highly recommended
