I have used Glorious with 2 Jobs (apartment and house). Very experienced workers, clean, efficient, pricing reasonable. Colleen is great to deal with, communication is excellent. Lots of flooring options in showroom. Will use Glorious Flooring for all my future jobs.
Worst customer service
Worst experience, the most rude lady I have ever met in my life. Zero star.
The worst service I’ve ever experienced. The lady on the phone was so unbelievably rude. I called a few times to confirm various thicknesses with the flooring although she hated answering questions. I then asked for samples and she would refuse saying this is not how we do business.. the lady is so obnoxious. I would not recommend.
Great service from Colleen and her team. We had water damage to hard wood timber floors. They came in removed damaged flooring and re laid 2 bedrooms and a hallway. They matched the hardwood timber perfectly and done a great job. Outstanding work would highly recommend!
