RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! Dan Wright, Sylvie Cherek and all the people at Gloriod only have time for themselves. Quick back story, we rented a home for two years from them. At first, they failed to provided us with garage door openers and only gave us 1 key to the house. But we moved in. Now our saving grace here is we took photos of everything the day we moved in!! We couldn't be more pleased with the support we received from the team at Gloriod & Associates. Dan and Sylvie were truly awesome with taking care of our property while we were away. Had our house rented for six years and were so amazed that our house looked almost the same as the day we moved out in 2010. Terrible management company. Never answer the phone, don't return messages, extremely rude. They turned in the house we rented to us in terrible condition. Carpets were filthy, leaks everywhere, walls were dirty and had un patched holes. Then, they tried to talk about deducting our security deposit for carpet cleaning even though we had the carpets washed And they looked better than when the house was turned into us, AND we used the company the owner requested we contacted. I DO NOT recommend anyone rent from them.

We needed a home in one week. Dan Wright, Sylvie Cherek and all the people at Gloriod were extremely helpful, professional, honest and ethical. A garage door opener was dated and not quite working.....both garage door openers were replaced within days of the report. My physician husband and I were VERY satisfied and recommend them to anyone we know who needs to rent.

This is the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. Upon renting the house there were several things that needed to be repaired and it was far from move in ready. Nothing was cleaned I had to do it my self. The realtor Dan never did a walk through with us. No realtor from the company met with us at the house to go thru it. My parents had to go pick up the keys to the house and we didn't get to move in til the 4 th of July, which we were suppose to move in on the 1st.
