The food was subpar. They were out of some moserella and wanted to put Swiss on our Bruschetta it which doesn't work. We had three of us and it took over an hour to get our food. I wouldn't mind the prices if the wait wasn't so terribly long.
Walked in and waited about five minutes to be seated. Took another four or five minutes to take our drink orders. The drinks came quick enough and she took our order. We ordered an appetizer and it took her about ten minutes to tell us they were out of the cheese they use. Let me be clear that the food is delicious. But this restaurant has THE worst service I've ever had at any restaurant. And no, it wasn't just one time. We always go hoping it will get better but after this past weekend we won't go back. Give yourself at least a full hour if you plan on dining here. Oh and if you want to avoid the most awkward accordion player don't go on a weekend.
Was lucky enough to get water from our Waitress food was cold and sauce very thin should have got fried chicken from Fresh market would have tasted better with better service
My friend and I went here for lunch and the wait staff was the worst! They forgot our order and it took at LEAST 30 minutes to get our food! Also I thought it was so weird that they didn't have breadsticks or any sort of bread provided with the meal. Maybe that is the entitled little girl in me coming out, but I thought it was weird that I had to pay 1.50 for some toasted white bread. The food was alright, but for what I was paying I would have much rather gone to Olive Garden. Not impressed...
Just had the absolute worst experience at Glorias Little Italy in provo. Long story short, our food was cold and the owner is unbelievably rude. It takes a lot to offend us, but we ended up leaving after having to pay for a meal we didn't even eat (she threatened to call the police if we didnt) while being insulted. It's good, and I go there on my lunch break a lot. I've ordered multiple things multiple times, and it comes out differently all the time. Last time I got the salad and it was missing half of the things that it said on the menu, including the chicken. I usually don't want to bother them because lunch can be a busy time for them, which was the situation with the last time, but I don't think I want to spend $8 on a lunch that isn't all there. But the food IS good, and most of the employees are very nice.
If I had the option of zero stars that is what I would give. Horrible experience.
