Absolutely horrible. The daughter did my hair; I gave her the exact formula from my previous stylist and she still screwed it up. She also charged me waaaayyyy too much and couldn t explain what the charges were for. I truly think she just makes prices up. Also, after she screwed up my color, she looked at it and said I needed to get highlights to correct it; didn t even offer to correct it. These ladies, and yes, I stated ladies-- will treat you like you are a KING OR QUEEN!!!! Gloria is the owner, and her daughter also works with her. I have not met the others that work here, but if they are like these two, you will walk out feeling GREAT!!You will not feel like your money was wasted!! Great people, GREAT hair cut!!!
The daughter cut my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she ignored the picture, and after she cut my hair significantly shorter, she told me that I did not know how short the hair in the picture really was. I told her not to cut my hair so short that she needed to shave my neck, and after she finished cutting my hair, she pulled out an electric razor to cut the hair off of my neck. Gloria and Micki are the best people there. their prices are resonable and prices are good.BE AWARE OF THE PRICES FOR EVERYTHING ELSE.... Eyebrow waxing saying \$18.00 and up well I got suckered into paying \$36.00 for me and \$36.00 for my daughter to get oue eyebrows waxed. YES \$36.00 for each - becuase if you get your whole eyebrow done its \$18.00 for shaping and \$18.00 for the middle.JUST BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR!!!!!
I have been a customer of Glorias for over 35 years. Both Gloria and her daughter Jean have always provided exceptional service at a reasonable price. They maintain a very clean and cheerful atmosphere and are very professional in their client relationships. Prices for their various services are clearly marked in their shop.
