Gloria is just simply amazing.
Horrible horrible horrible service. I had purchased a voucher from a Canadian coupon site. I called multiple times for an appointment, around 8-9 times from February to May with her promising to call back, and never responded to me once. I spoke to Gloria herself. Gloria had called me difficult, lied, refused to refund my money, cussed, and also hung up the phone on me. Customer service at this spa is at an all time low and Gloria's manners were absent.
