We've has the pleasure of working with Andrew on the purchase of our home over 30 years ago and then more recently on our sale of that home and I could have asked for a better "partner ". Andrew was always available and responsive to our requests. When we were out of town he checked on our home, sometimes without us asking. He would even bring in our garbage can from the curb. He gets an A+ from us.
From afar 300 miles, Andrew and his team acted as our eyes, ears and voice when we couldn't be there in helping our family sell my 85 year old mother's house. Her home since 1970. Could have been a crowbar moment, but he helped her w/ piece of mind. And a quick, productive and net profitable experience.
What a life saver Andrew and his entire team were in a very emotional and stressful period in my life. Reached out to broker Andrew Zastko about an apartment to request to view it and first tells me he will call me back and will try to get me in. Never got any response from him. No call, no text, and voicemail. He told me “someone should reach out to me” waited a week and when I look up the apartment I see it’s under contract and never gave me any update.
