They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
These questions were all about the staff, not the Doctor. The Doctor is the problem. She is arrogant, and does way too many tests. She charges exorbinant prices, and takes advantage of people who are trying to care properly for their eyesight. She is rude and abrupt to those who work for her. They act as though they are afraid of her. She is also rude and condescending to her patients. Stay away.
