I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Lin and will not be returning. My appointment was scheduled for 2:20 PM. I arrived early and was placed in an exam room shortly after Dr. Lin arrived around 2:00 PM, yet I still waited an additional 20 minutes in the room before she came in. While delays can happen in healthcare, the way the visit was handled afterward made the experience much worse.
