I have to say that this experience honestly did more harm than good. She didn't provide me with the genuine help I was looking for. If I wanted what I got, I would've talked to a bookshelf, and better yet- saved 60 dollars! She was consistently late, anywhere from 10-15 minutes, time we couldn't make up, because there would always be a client behind me. This is a sad operation with a receptionist that can't work a computer or make appointments who is coupled with a hippie therapist who can't be on time. Every session started at least 10 minutes late but was always ended on time. She pushes her side business of vitamins and supplements instead of listening and helping. She is a complete fraud and I will admit, half of the time didn't appear to be fit for duty, if you catch my meaning. We gave her an honest go of roughly 4 months and things never improved. We have not experienced any issues with appointments, lateness, or communication difficulties. Our daughter was able to feel comfortable with Dr. Payne and communicate with her to learn and grow. Not every doctor fits every patient. This goes for any type of doctor, primary care, therapist, or dentist.
