Such a strange & very poor experience today in this shop. The blonde lady working might need to really have a think about whether this is the correct job for her. I went in today with my 83 year old grandmother for a coffee & a sweet. When we walked into the store we were the other customers there. The lady working behind the counter looked up at us & then looked back down. We approached the counter to place our order & the lady came over & just stood there.
