Grew up getting Gloria Jeans hot chocolate, it’s the best no matter the temperature outside
Stopped by Gloria Jean's Coffees for a coffee and had a really enjoyable experience. The coffee was fresh, the café was clean and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly. It's always nice when great drinks are matched with excellent customer service. A special mention to owner Mr. Yamin, whose service really stood out. He was warm, attentive, and made the whole visit feel more personal without overdoing it. It's people like him who make you want to come back. Gloria Jean’s is by far my favorite coffee chain, even favorite overall in the local area. I’m incredibly happy they’re at Vernon Hills and how consistent their coffee is! Also note, they open at 10am, not 11am - somehow Google Maps is not accepting my update to business hours.
