My friend got a coffee and it was fine, but I don't drink coffee so I ordered a strawberry lemonade, 5 bucks for said lemonade. Watched the girl make my friends coffee and then she proceeded to make my lemonade. This consisted of putting some pink syrup into a cup, filling it with ice then filling the cup with TAP WATER not filtered, not bottled she literally went to the sink, turned out the water and filled it up. For $5 I expect real lemonade... NOT FLAVORED TAP WATER.
Just wanted to say how unhappy I was after our visit today. We ordered three coffees and one of them the lid was cracked and not put on very well. When my wife went to pick it up the lid fell off and she tried to catch it. She spilled over half of it on the counter. The employee who was working looked over and then completely ignored it. She cleaned it up however he should have came over to assist and off to replace it.
