Great coffee and super friendly staff. Good shopping pit-stop but also just an awesome place to grab a coffee or two while you work on things, read, or chat before catching a movie next door or taking the nearby T. They keep everything so much cleaner than any other nearby coffee place which is very important to me. Plus it’s an in-line store so you’ll be out of the noise/chaos of the mall. Love the Iced Vanilla Caramel Latte and the shortbread cookies. Service is always super friendly and fast.
I usually LOVE this place, but today ruined it for me. I ordered a vanilla caramel chiller with coffee and whipped cream. Well when I got my drink I didn't have whipped cream so I asked again for it the guy said there isn't anymore and that they're too busy. Okay.... so I went to continue shopping, when I tried my drink there was no coffee so I went back before drinking anymore. The lady that was working the cash register started arguing with me, after a few minutes the young girl they had working offered to remake my drink.... read more
Super friendly employees and love the ccc, it's my favorite!
The employees at Gloria Jean's coffees were very friendly, and went out of their way into make my day putting artful designs into my drinks! One shaped like a heart, one like a fern leaf. They really made my day, and made it a struggle to drink because altho the coffee is WONDERFUL, the artists flare was beautiful! Just an over all great experience! 10/10 would recommend them to ANYONE!!!
Their menu has a great selection of hot and cold drinks and every one me and my friends have had tastes great.
