Had a terrible customer service experience and I have contacted manager and have never had any response back.
RecommendedThis place is highlight of my days working in University Mall. I still can’t make a trip to Carbondale without grabbing a latte from Gloria Jeans. Absolute best coffee, friendliest staff, best food, best everything!
I absolutely love Gloria Jean's, I get there every opportunity that I have been going to Gloria Jeans for more than 2 decades Both at Springfield,Il and Carbondale mall and they have excellent friendly service and good delicious quality products across the board.Orders are always correct and with smiles.Gloria Jean's are My wife and I favorite locations, many a time our dates involve grabbing a chiller and simply walking the malls and enjoy each others company.We Highly recommend.
If you’re going to individually wrap your cookies and charge $2.99 for them at least try and make them tasty. We may use the pink frosted one as a coaster.
Great coffee and hot chocolate!
Staff is extremely helpful when you can’t deicde which new coffee to try! Always fast service and excellent coffee. 😊
