iMetro Insurance Group is a joke, especially, Lan Nguyen. I was chosen by this group from my mortgage lender, because they under-insured my property. Then later increase coverage and my premium. Not only that, they are so un-professional, no mater how many time I have been asking to have my ex-wife remove from the policy, they still never get their act together.
