Wonderful first experience with the service department. The gentleman talked with me about some potential issues before proceeding and he gave price estimates, which was great! I was shocked to find not only a play area inside for kids, but a wonderful play set outside with a large grassy area around it and a gazebo. We enjoyed our wait!

I have had positive experiences until today. I bought out my lease. Joe in finance tried to sell me an extended service plan, I declined. After I decline Joe's attitude changed. He did not agree with my decision and was short and rude to me. On a positive note, Eddie in sales is fantastic.
I live in WV and called Glockner because they had what I was looking for. They sold the truck I was originally looking at but Glockner did not give up and searched a 5 state radius to find what I was looking for. Adam Roberts was great and I will tell all my WV friends and family that it is worth the drive over. Great People.
