Wow! I called because our Nortel phone system voicemail went down with a power outage. One of the techs at Glubus was able to walk me through it over the phone (I already had a strong knowledge of the system) and it cost less than \$100! Other companies were charging \$600 for a complete fix! I cant believe the service I got and I REALLY appreciate them. I wish we had set our system up with them. They really know their stuff!
