True offroad enthusiasts who know their stuff. I broke something as we all do and have to show up for work like the rest of us also. They are so booked I wouldn't of been able to get my jeep looked at for another month, they have been in my shoes before obviously and brought me in the next day to fix my loose steering components. I have heard great things about this shop and it was reinforced today, I'd never go anywhere to get anything done.

Horrible service back when i had my 87 xj... they did great on the gear install. Everything after that was a headache! Let me drive home with lug nuts that were not torqed to spec. And did my alignmet totally wrong ended up doing it on the side of the parkway cuz the jeep was driving left to right going streight !!! Sometimes deals aint so great... And they have some nerve to confront me a say i dont want to do buisness with you... well thats fine im better off doing it myself!
Glen is great to work with and had answers to every single one of my question. He was a pleasure to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip to Globex again.
The whole team took care of me without issue. Had regearing done and after 72 miles, the rear pinion seal seized (manufacturer defect). They used all new parts, so it was warrantied. Problem: I was 65 miles away. One email and they came and picked my Jeep up the next day. Even more amazing, the email was sent at 1AM and they replied within 90 minutes!
