We have been using GlobeTrek Travel, Inc. for years for everything from Disney to Cruising. We have used both James and Cedric for our packages and they have always given us excellent service. I will continue to use GlobeTrek for all of our travel and vacation needs.
This was our very first cruise. I don't think we will be using Globe Trek again. The agent we started with left a few months after we booked our cruise. So,I'm guessing no one cared since we booked with her. We never got any calls about this. The only call we got was about last payment due,nothing else. No one called or checked with us to see if have everything we needed to go. (Papers,documents we needed,etc.) No one asked how are trip was after we got back.
