I thought a term loan helped cover some business expenses, and I asked Jack for assistance. He made sure I understood everything, explained the rates (which started at 7.35%), and helped me pick the best option. I felt like he genuinely cared about getting me a good deal. Definitely planning to work with them again in the future if I need more funding!
