Serviceman was polite but after they took our slicer in, very bad service. Took our slicer on a Thursday, Monday said it was ready and would be delivered on Tuesday, didn't come. Wednesday didn't come, owner had to go and get it. Slicer was filthy, grease all over it. A rubber seal that was there is no longer there. Repairman said they would replace a part which wasn't. They acted like Howell was in another state. Rental slicer came in filthy and was not meant for commercial use. Not a happy customer.
