I had a positive experience with Globe Home Protection this week. I called in about my AC not working and they had someone in contact that day. He came out and changed a capacitor - it took him like 5 minutes and he was gone. Speed of service was definitely there and I was cooling off even before the house got too hot.

Service was what it should be. Globe took care of a garbage disposal problem I had. One of the grinders broke off and they came out and put another one in. It didn't take them long to get someone out. I had an appointment within a couple of days of calling. They put in a basic badger disposal. I paid my $75 bucks for the claim. Representatives were fine. I got a follow up call to check on my appointment. I'm happy with the warranty.

I have been wanting to get around to writing a review about globe because of some assistance they gave me about a month ago. My AC stopped working and it was into the 90's here. I have a plan where a company comes out once a year to check it so who knows. The outside ac would not come on so I called Globe and went through their process to submit my problem. Great experience with Globe! I called them up with a problem with my water heater. It was a pretty straight forward deal. My water heater was leaking and there was no way to fix it so they replaced it! The plumber came back with one they ordered and put in a brand new, shiny water heater. I'm loving that! It's a good service and it saved me some money. It was done the day after the problem started and I have three kids so I appreciate the help.

Awful service! I bought their most premium plan and when my A/C starting having some problems 8 months into my first year with them, I started to find out not only how surprisingly rude and manipulative their staff can be, but also that any claim with them, no matter how obviously it should be covered, was going to lead to a long series of fighting them at their own game.
