Gabriel Hassan was inappropriate with messages from work and private phone to customers. Completely unprofessional and lacking any moral conduct. Additionally, no reply from management when the misconduct was brought to attention.
Had a MHIAA ducted system installed by Globalrez last month. I found them to be very knowledgeable and true professions from quote to finish. Communication throughout the process was first class and responsive. Ross and Tom were very patient with all my questions during quote and leading into installation. Installation was very efficient and the boys kept the place neat and tidy. Well priced.
From the time I first contacted Globalrez everything proceeded simply and smoothly - from an initial quote, to a site check, to a final quote. My house had an old under-floor ducted system and Globalrez were able to do this. Following the site visit the final quote was provided quickly and an installation date arranged. Great people, Great service! After ordering my new air-conditioner the company locked in a day for the installation very quickly. On the day of installation within a short amount of time the old system was removed, taken away and the new one was up and running!
