Wonderful experience with Ross, Tom and the whole team in Globalrez. They are responsive ,professional and very knowledgeable for all my aircon related questions over last few months. The installation was done very quickly in one day and the team keep the house clean for both ducted and split aircon area. Highly recommended
We had issues with black stuff falling out of the unit and contacted the company to fix. Initially nothing was done for over three months and all contacts pretty much ignored until I contacted the CEO. He promptly dispatched a top-notch guy who fixed the issues. It turns out the black stuff falling from the unit was dirty dust. The repairman advised us that the unit had to be cleaned yearly. The old installer never let us know this. Avoid at all costs. Their installer never sealed the holes they made from installation. 3 years later we have feces raining down from the unit as both cockroaches and mice have nested. Even worse, they won't to do anything about it. We reported this in March. It's the end of May and still nothing. Just a nightmare from the start. We've been sick for three weeks, my husband has asthma and no one there will do a thing. Globalrez are great to deal with. Ross was a pleasure to deal with, his communication in the whole process was outstanding. Two multi split systems installed into a townhouse. We highly recommend Globalrez for your air conditioning requirements.
