My first visit to Global Vision turned out to be a relaxed experience because I had no idea eye exams could be this relaxed. Dr. Patel provided clear explanations about contacts so I finally understood why they create such discomfort.
I hadn’t got an eye exam in years, and I need some new glasses. All the staff there are very polite and professional. They were able to quickly book me an appointment, and the entire process was super quick. Heidi was also able to help me when my glasses arms were too tight, no appointments needed. A very pleasant experience all around.

Every one at this office is polite, welcoming and nice. I loved the doctor, very knowledgeable and patient. She’s actually a Doctor not just an optometrist; very important to me. I had done a cataract surgery two years earlier and wanted to check how everything is . She explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. Good thing that their equipment is advanced.
