I came here because they were close to me and had good reviews. Unfortunately, the end result did not meet the expectation. Their optometrist went with a completely different prescription. I took her advice and tried out the prescription for a few days. They had already processed my order under the new prescription, I came back and told the doctor that it was giving me headaches and wasn't working, she then made an excuse saying oh that was your old prescription. Repeat visit and glowing experience again The checkin was smooth, technician and optician were all nice informative and efficient. Heidi was fantastic knowledgeable and nice. Dr. Vong was so professional, caring, knowledgeable and efficient. She made sure she answered all my questions without feeling rushed. Great array of frames. I’m now a regular patient.
