This was the worst experience I have ever had at an urgent care. I had to wait 4 hours before being seen for the Dr to tell me I need aspirin and cough syrup. She seemed afraid to treat me. I could have stayed home I'm already taking aspirin and cough syrup. I've been sick for 2 weeks and was not getting better. Thanks for nothing. Also when people come in they should be told there is only one doctor. If I would have known that plus the fact that people had already been there for hours I would have left. I don't like doing negative reviews but the service was bad. If your sign says closes at 8 and I walk in at 705 pm, I should be seen regardless of the reason. First I was told they were at capacity than someone else they stop seeing patients so they can leave at 8 pm. I was asked to come the next day in the morning. That is ridiculous. I am glad it wasn't too important. I had to go on a follow up appt. and they don't keep files there. This place is a joke with the Asian dr there. I think her name is T. I have a middle ear infection since Thursday last week and I go back today because my symptoms haven't improved and she tells me it takes up to 3 months for an ear infection to clear. I can't give you anything else. You have to finish your meds b4 I can do something for you. The nurses there said it should take 3-5 days for you to start feeling better..

Besides the wait it's better than the ER wait and the Dr is the bomb!
Took my son here for the first time, I won't be back. The office assistants in the front were not welcoming at all. The wait was ridiculous. Then when we finally got called back, there was a security guard there. I didn't feel like I was in a safe place at all. There was one nurse who was sweet and welcomed my sick 4 yr old son, but the doctor on the other hand was a jerk. Very rough with my son. Then it seemed as if he was questioning my parenting. Everyone there was pleasant from the front desk to the nurse in the back and the doctor right to the point....the only bad thing I can say about this clinic is the wait.....the waiting is ridiculous but what do I expect it's walk-ins only.....
The Dr is great and they really take care of their patients.
