Horrendous. Try calling to schedule an appointment (or to find out if your vaccine needs a booster, or even the last time you were there). They don't answer the phone. EVER. You can call and leave a message every day for a week, you can call every 30 seconds. They will never pick up the phone, and they will never return a voicemail message. What kind of service is that?
