In and out right away. Swapped out a flat and the team was friendly and attentive. Manager, Mat, took the time to answer some of my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Will come again!
Worst Experience Ever!!!!! Purchased some tires over the weekend, drove there on Monday just for them to tell me they couldn’t change them because it would take 2 hours to change my tires. Went back on Friday and come to find out they wanted to charge extra for alignment when the owner had given me a price with everything included! Left and got my money back! What a waste of time and effort for something so simple! Don’t buy here!!!!!!!! Time is money and made my husband and I lose that!
Matt helped me out on absolute No-Notice. I needed my TPM sensors checked on my Toyota before heading over to the DMV, for my son to take his driver's license road exam. I was nearby on Bristol and did a Google search for tire shops. I called Global Tire. Matt quoted about a 20-minute turnaround and a fair price for the service. Matt's crew was professional, focused. Great prices, friendly & fast!!
Great service and great product. Had a rare 22" BMW X5 tires to replace and it was really expensive but GTC had great used condition tires and spent 1/5 price for it. Service was pretty quick and immediate and owner and staffs were nice professionals.
