I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel this one is warranted. I accidentally pulled into their parking lot while looking for another company. A worker (an older man) was immediately rude when I realized I was at the wrong place. He snapped, “Can’t you see the sign?” and “Can’t you see the gates? This is private property.” I apologized for the mistake, but he continued to be rude, with a harsh tone and unfriendly demeanor, which left me feeling embarrassed. We have used Global Tents for a couple events now and I would totally recommend them! Christina was amazing and helping us get exactly what we needed for our event! She was quick to make changes and was overall just awesome to deal with. Ryan and Jeremy did the set up and take down of all materials on site. They were right on time and very professional.
