very honest and efficient, and plus they have Jason, who doesn't love Jason? TILE!!!
I purchased carpet through them and it was pretty expensive for the two bedrooms I was having done. I agreed as I was told that it included installation. Now almost 3 weeks after it was installed they are calling and telling me I owe them another $250 for installation. Not happy and honestly the carpet doesn't even feel like the carpet in the store- feels a lot cheaper than the sample in the store. Beware!!
If I could, I wouldn’t even give this place one star. They told me I could do one thing, then when I went to purchase, they said I couldn’t. Then the bookkeeper tore up my estimate in front of me when I told her that I didn’t appreciate being lied to. The owner called me (after I requested it) and he was just as much a jerk. Saying he would look into and fix the problem. Guess what, never heard from him again. Think long and hard before you purchase from these people!!
They just installed granite counters in our church restrooms and they are amazing. I don’t know how many installers they have but ask for Jose, he was tremendous!
I do a lot of remodeling and design, this is my go to place! I love it and the customer service is great!!!
