Customer service representative Oleg Nikitenko is very rude and inexperienced in customer service. Imagine getting threatened to go into collections cause you’re disputing an order that arrives spoiled! A $255 salmon order that was delivered by UPS to the end of my driveway a 100 yards away. I got no notifications of the delivery and UPS does offer door-to-door service for which global seafood does NOT participate. I verified this with UPS. Ordered caviar from these guys, please do yourself a favor and stay away! it was slimy and sticky. very questionable quality. Definately not fresh. These guys don’t stand behind their product. Had to throw away, what a shame .

It’s hit and miss. My first order was perfect PREMIUM SALMON ROE CAVIAR, the second order was a different type Exquisite Coho Salmon Caviar and it was not edible , so it is a risky purchase overall.
