Ordered live spot prawns which were are dead when received. Half of the prawns after boiled has mushy texture. Reached out to the customer service and was told that “live spot prawns” basically means that they were only alive when shipped and they are ok with the fact that all of the prawns were dead at the time of delivery. Regarding the mushy texture after boiling, customer service insinuated that it doesn’t reflect a problem in the quality of the product but the method of the cooking. Scam company

Purchased smoked scallops. Packaging was secure, flavour deep and savoury. They responded to my inquiry fast. Not cheap, but taste justifies every penny.

Ordered the Dungeness crab clusters and they arrived super fresh and packed with care. Easy to prepare and full of meat. You can tell it’s good quality. The shipping was on time, and the packaging kept everything cold. Price is fair for what you get. Definitely ordering again.
