They did a beautiful cleaning and excellent Fringe repair on my Turkish rug. Very prompt and very informative as to what’s needed for the rug. Great business.
We recently had a substantial living room rug cleaned by this firm. Shortly upon delivery of the rug subsequent to cleaning, we noticed a small spot near one of the edges to the rug. We brought this to Sam's attention. He addressed this matter immediately. He personally picked up the rug, cleaned the spot promptly within two days, and delivered the cleaned rug. His timeliness and professionalism are acknowledged. We would recommend this firm.

I had several rugs cleaned by Global and was very happy with their work. They were very professional and helpful with the pick-up/delivery process, and arrived on time for both. A couple of my rugs needed some repair and this work was well done. I will certainly use them again.
