I called to get a quote on some roof work for my house. The lady took down all of my info and had someone from their company call me back. When I spoke with the guy that called me told he me could stop by around noon that day to check it out and give me a quote and I told him that was fine. I went over with him that it wasn’t an insurance job and that I would be paying out of pocket.
