We just completed getting a new roof installed. We mostly dealt with Steve Spragg but also Mike Egan. We had damage after hurricane Milton and they assessed our damage, dealt with our insurance company, and explained how the process worked with amazing accuracy. Dealing with Mike Egan and the folks at Global Roofing was so easy and trouble free. They made everything for our Huge job seem so effortless and uncomplicated. They are extremely professional, yet are kind, understanding and caring. Mike even got me a good lawyer when my insurance company was being extremely difficult after the hurricane. Global roofing continues to be one of the best contractors in Southwest Florida. In addition to replacing my roof completely without any problems approximately two years ago, they came by and replaced broken tiles, which were broken secondary to palm tree fronds falling on the roof.
