Global is a gem in the quaint little town of Pineville. Chef Bernard is an amazing artist with his food creations, use of “global” flavors, and his presentation of the most delicious dishes. From the salad to the entree and through the dessert, my senses were thrilled with every bite. The atmosphere and the service were equally wonderful. I have dined at Global twice, and will definitely return the next time I am in the Charlotte area.

The space is absolutely amazing and I love that it is located in Pineville, which really makes it a wonderful 'local', yet sophisticated bistro. The food and service was 5 star and I'm already planning my next visit. Come soon and claim bragging rights that you were the one to discover Global!

Celebrated Valentine Day at Global last evening. The special 4-course meal with wine pairings for each was excellent. The lobster ravioli was fabulous as a starter (Albariño wine). The sea bass was topped with krispy kale, our new fave. (Pouilly-Fuisse wine) The veal osso buco was wonderful, on a slow bake for 30 hours, sitting on a grit cake - very tender and flavorful.
