DO NOT purchase from this GLOBAL PHOENIX COMPUTER company. They sale stuff on eBay but you'll never get it after winning your bid. They send you an email asking you to call them. They tell you the item you win is not in good shape. They say they will contact you when they get a new shipment, which they never will. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – This is a terrible company to deal with. They are in the business of selling refurbished goods on e-bay. Unfortunately, alot of the items do not work and they have a no refund/exchange policy UNLESS THE ITEM IS DOA. Even when it is DOA It will take you countless telephone calls and many weeks of waiting before you get your refund.
