They sold my nine year old (who bought with her own money) an IRola tablet, it stopped charging and when it does it last ten minutes and now will not connect to the internet.. two weeks later! and now they have changed their number and before they changed their number I was on hold to get a new charger for an hour after the one they sent me BROKE two days after she got it! And gee wouldn't you figure that the email them button does not work either! BAD COMPANY and will not honor their promises!!! DO NOT BUY FROM!!!

I have been trying to call this company all day, first try it says the number is not in service, but the company that told me to call said this would happen, on the next tries, it actually rung and when it seemed like someone will answer it stopped ringing and nothing on the other side, I don't understand why no one will answer the phone. This doesn't look good to me....

This company is horrible! I got a defective tablet and was trying to call several times and kept getting put on eternal hold and then it would cut me off after waiting about 30 min. Then decided to leave a message on their general mailbox and still havent gotten a call back to get my tablet fixed. I guess it's, you get what you pay for on this cheaply made tablet. It's like a gamble loss I guess! Avoid getting any of this companys products because if it's broke you're screwed!

My Mid 9100 will not boot up. I charged overnight. We I try to boot it goes to the android screen and hangs there. I have pressed reset button on back and I get same response. This is new tablet, I received two days ago.

Love them! – This is a 5-star company, Excellent service from the sales to the support. I have bought a lot of different items from Global Phoenix and will continue to buy from them. The tablets I purchased from them recently are lovely, my kids are very happy!! My orders always arrived quickly and in the condition as described. Fantastic shipping, fantastic customer service, definitely one of the best online vendors!

THANK YOU, GLOBAL! – I ran a small hotel in North Carolina, and I found Global Phoenix on eBay selling Sharp TVs. They have great prices, and after contacting them, I got offers of even better prices for purchases 20 units Sharp 22" TVs for my hotel. The service was brilliant. I received responses to my emails very promptly, and after I made the payment, my shipments were shipped on the same day! WOW!
