Bought a medium collar for my dog yesterday .. yes I saw the sign all sales final... but it is too big. I called and spoke to a young man who said I could exchange it for a small, but he would not be there when I planned on coming in and he would advise manager that I am coming. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME BEEN GOING THERE FOR MAYBE 3 YEARS NOW I USED TO SHOP AT OTHER PET STORES AND WOW THERE PRICES WILL MAKE YOU BANKRUPT . THIS PLACE THO IS AWESOME EVEN THO I WISH THEY WOULD GIVE LIKE DEALS ON THERE science diet SINCE I NEED TO FEED 2 GROWN BOXER DOGS BUT OVER ALL IT'S GOOD :)

We finally decided to take a look at this warehouse since we drove by it every day. To our surprise it was so worth it. Now we buy our Dog and Cat food here. The owner is very friendly and is well informed about the Pet industry. All the workers are helpful and friendly, a few lack some info but hey that comes with time.
