waiting over 3months for a refund for a defective alternator they sold me there thieves never shop here
I ordered an etrack package which included 12 etracks and accessories, the most expensive part of the order being the etrack rails. I ordered this package twice. once from Walmart.com. The order was missing the etrack rails and I ended up reporting the order to the BBB ending in a full refund. I really need those rails so I order the same order with Amazon.com and the same thing happens. They ship the accessories but no etrack rails. They obviously try to scam people. Not even close to what is projected on their website. If you cancel an order or ask for a refund expect them to drag their feet. Every purchase is processed through PayPal and they will put an additional 7 day hold on your refund. In all Global Parts is better at excuses than actual customer service.
Awesome selection of parts and great prices. My Go-to for hard-to-find heavy duty truck parts!
