Of I could I would give ZERO starts. By far, the worst experience I have EVER had work customer service and with Dr. Robert Klein.
By far the worst Office and staff as well as Dr. Klein. I would not recommend them to a woman that cares about the wellness. For the past 9 months my wife has had nothing but stress, miscommunication, unorganization and headaches. In 9 months of pregnancy we literally saw our OB/GYN once. I repeat one time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I repeat HORIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
The customer service is HORRIBLE.
Terrible patient service. Only go here is you want to be ignored whe you have real health concerns and treated like a number. Finding another GYN Fast.
