I came into the salon with a vision in mind and they executed it perfectly, the nail shaping and assembly was so crisp and perfect they really give attention to detail making sure the retention and longevity of the nails remains. Then the nail design they always exceed expectations. 10/10 if your looking for a nail artist definitely go to global Shellharbour
One of the staff was very rough with the way she was trimming my cuticles. She actually cut some of my skin off and it’s been hurting for few days now. She only said sorry and that was it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going into that salon.
Very nice staff ,I asked for gel x French tip nails with glitter and they done it exactly how I wanted it.would recommend :)

My friend and I visited global nails today to get full sets and she got a pedicure as well. We have been many times and have never been so dissatisfied. Both of us were so unhappy with the way we were treated and the results in our nails. The staff members Helen and Nancy were speaking very rudely to us, rolling their eyes at requests. Pulling at arms and fingers places them in awkward uncomfortable ways and when I tried to make it more comfortable she seems to get frustrated with me so I said arms don’t bend that way.
