never had such a bad experience with doing my income taxes anywhere else until i sat down with Delfina. To make a long story short my income taxes were done incorrectly and the Irs made an adjustment of almost $1,000 difference. secondly she wrote my account number wrong and I have yet to recieve my refund when the irs portal states it was sent, mind you she charged me a hefty $250. I was Charged $3 just for printing a copy, to me that is too much, and taking advantage of the situation. Last time I went to the same place and I only pay a $1, but today they said that it was $3 because of the service. Pero bueno, negocio que actúa así, no prospera.
