never had such a bad experience with doing my income taxes anywhere else until i sat down with Delfina. To make a long story short my income taxes were done incorrectly and the Irs made an adjustment of almost $1,000 difference. secondly she wrote my account number wrong and I have yet to recieve my refund when the irs portal states it was sent, mind you she charged me a hefty $250.
