worst customer service and the owner is extremely rude The owner of this just isnt helpful and super rude and insulting to her customers. When a customer asks her questions she finds it extremely annoying and unleashes her fury on them.. well you get the idea.. she gets super rude. Very rude and [emailprotected]!%!y service If you want to get yourself lectured on how to be a good customer and get insulted and asked to not come their the next time this is the place to go. Plus for a bonus they suck at taking the pictures and if you ever want to ask questions about the various mailing options (like a normal person would) better make it quick or else she will discpline you nice by humiliating you in front of everyone!. NEVER GO HERE!

Very rude and c@!%!y service If you want to get yourself lectured on how to be a good customer and get insulted and asked to not come their the next time this is the place to go. Don't even compare prices - Just go here!!! I have been using Global Mail for about 9 years. I have a business Mailbox with them. I use their computer service, Typing and Faxing service and they have been amazing. They offer many diversified services and are professional and efficient. I recommed them for any services perform. I have also shipped packages with them and get all my packages delivered there.

I went here to ship a letter. I was able to buy a money order, do a Notary and send it off all in under 5 minutes - they even watched my car.Almost did not go here because of the review below BUT I did and I was soo happy. Please judge for yourself.Excellent SERVICE and FAST!!!!!!!

Worst of all – If I had a choice I could have given a negative star. I went their twice and on both the occasions, encountered the SIMILAR VERY RUDE behavior. Very very unprofessional. I'll never ever go there again.

AVOID – Exorbitantly priced, unprofessional and very RUDE to customers and employees. Use UPS in 924 BERGEN AVE or USPS at 645 NEWARK AVE
