The owner of this just isnt helpful and super rude and insulting to her customers. When a customer asks her questions she finds it extremely annoying and unleashes her fury on them.. well you get the idea.. she gets super rude. When one pays for a service they have every right to enquire and have an opinion. She did a crappy job with the photos and refused to show them to me before she printed them out. Don't even compare prices - Just go here!!! I have been using Global Mail for about 9 years. I have a business Mailbox with them. I use their computer service, Typing and Faxing service and they have been amazing. They offer many diversified services and are professional and efficient. I recommed them for any services perform. I have also shipped packages with them and get all my packages delivered there.
Worst of all – If I had a choice I could have given a negative star. I went their twice and on both the occasions, encountered the SIMILAR VERY RUDE behavior. Very very unprofessional. I'll never ever go there again.
AVOID – Exorbitantly priced, unprofessional and very RUDE to customers and employees. Use UPS in 924 BERGEN AVE or USPS at 645 NEWARK AVE
Please avoid going there! – Totally agree with the the other person's comment. I went there on a Sunday. The woman who is working there is extremely RUDE. She doesn't care to answer any question. Not really helpful. She just screams at customers. My two cents - Please avoid going there.
Worst service !!!! – Worst service. Lady will behave rude to customers and she is not helping anybody. My first experience was very bad and lady behaved very very rude to me. Over all "Global Mail" is worst place to drop your packages and other service..
