The furniture was of very poor quality and damaged. We are almost 20 days into our stay, despite repeated complaints, nobody takes any action. we may end up with damaged back because of the poor quality of couch and other furniture provided. very cheap quality for premium pricing
Please seems dodgy and loves to collect personal information even before disclosing room rates. I doubt they offer the same fair price to each guest
don’t stay here! They shut down the hot water in bathroom in Winter!!!! The maintenance team is just crazy
