Anyone you call on the phone will tell you whatever you want to hear so that they can get you off and when you asked him to do certain things with your account like change the due date or cancel recurring payment for a different day, they won’t do it and then when you check your bank account and see that they have taken three car payments, they give you the runaround for a week and tell you that it will be in your account within 24 hours and then ... read more
