Don't do business with this company. It doesn't matter if they are an Ariens dealer. Find another dealer. Their customer service is awful - especially Tracy who thinks it's appropriate to comment on her dislike of a customer's "voice". Bottomline is that this company took receipt of a $635 snowblower and doesn't know what they did with it or that it was supposed to be delivered to the customer who paid for it.
