The training documentation they provide is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Attending a virtual ISE class where we are being forced to double up on the lab environment. Completely antithetical to the learning process and a result of them overselling the course at the expense of the students. Disgusting.

The course I took was mediocre. What really bothers me is that this company did not hold up their portion of the transaction that was agreed on. They offered a $500 Gift card which you were to get once you finish the course, going on 4+ MONTHS and a dozen emails later and still nothing. The staff is incompetent in their ability to resolve a simple matter. Whats worse is that it looks like I'm not the only one with this issue and they're still advertising the same offer. They have not delivered what they promised,
The course was ok, just ok. However, they provide a promotion for signing up for their courses (GKChoice). However, they do not honor that promotion. I have waited 8 weeks now and still have not received my promotion. When I call the company to ask about the promotion they avoid my calls at times. When I finally reached someone, I was told it will be 3 more weeks before I receive my promotion reward, that's still to be seen.
