This company is dishonest and will give you the runaround! I have been without AC for 14 days , 8 people, 2 Asthmatic children, a 15 day old newborn ! they have failed to communicate , return phone calls or do the work as contracted with American home shield. I am very disappointed in there ethics and lack of customer service. I Do not recommend them!!

Very rude. Lied about calling back. When they said they would come out, they found a reason not to. Don't use these people unless you like rude and untrustworthy folks!
